Our Colonial Life General Agency services over 1,500 voluntary benefit clients ranging in size from 3 employees to over 75,000 employees. We have a unique focus in the mid-large case market to include 2 state governments, over 100 cities and towns, as well as some of the largest and most well-known employers in the region. We proudly have over 150,000 policies under management and we distribute through a customer base of over 200 Broker Partners throughout New England.
Our key area of focus continues to be on the value we can bring to our clients and Broker Partners. These value-added services include; College Tuition Benefit Program, Core benefit enrollment services, Discounted Benefit Administration systems, Wellness Programs, Total Compensation Statements and Benefit Booklets. Our General Agency also offers a menu of voluntary benefits including; Short Term Disability, Accident, Cancer, Critical Illness, Medical Bridge and Life Insurance.
Over the last 14 years, our Colonial agency has the wonderful opportunity to win many awards at both the local and national level. In 2012, 2013, and 2014 we were awarded Premier National office of the year. Our office has also produced 4 National Rookies of the year, 3 Founder’s Awards, 1 National Representative of the year, Enroller of the Year, and have led in multiple categories such as number of new accounts and new account premium.
We have a dedicated and growing team of 54 Benefit Representatives to service our clients. This includes 8 Service Support Specialists, 30 Benefit Counselors, and 16 Account Executives.
