Enrollment Options

At NEES, we work with you and your customer to put together a very customized communication and enrollment strategy.  We typically lead with onsite enrollment support which we know offers the highest levels of employee engagement and satisfaction. To help educate and counsel employees on their benefit needs, we come to the worksite and spend one-toone time with each employee.  We also can provide Call Center support and self-enroll options as well.

Enrollment reporting: Throughout the enrollment process we have the ability and technology to monitor exactly who has been seen and who has not. These reports can be broken down by region, specific site location, and broken down at the employee level.

Consistent Communications: Every employee will see and hear the same consistent message. Through our customized enrollment training and our enrollment technology platform, your company’s benefit program is communicated consistently regardless of location or enrollment option.

Accurate post-enrollment data: Following the enrollment, we provide payroll deduction information and carrier information based on elections.
